Myoga Studio prices, terms and conditions are subject to change. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.

General Frames of Application

Our general terms and conditions given below apply to contractual relationships with Myoga Studio, to any accomplishments and/or to all goods and services. If any regulations should become ineffective, outstanding terms and conditions will keep being valid. The ineffective regulation will be replaced by the legal establishment. When placing any order, the purchaser declares accordance to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Deviating terms/agreements require our written agreement.

Prices and Conditions of Payment

The prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Myoga Studio is exempt from VAT. Price changes, misapprehension and errors are excepted. Prices are binding as applied at the time of the order. Time and Count subscriptions are personal and not reimbursable. The subscriptions do not expire.

Any classes or services bought require advance payment.

Refund / Cancellation policy

Prepaid classes and absence from classes are non-refundable. Class passes are non refundable, non extendable, non sharable, and non transferable to other persons. They are not subject to limits of time.

Attending Class

All students are required to complete a waiver/consent form in order to register as a Myoga Studio student. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your first class to allow time for completion. Students must arrive and check in at least five minutes prior to the beginning of class and latecomer are generally not permitted. Students who arrive late for a class for which they have registered will not be issued a refund for that class. Prior to the start of class, students are required to inform the instructor of any issues or relevant physical issues.

Private Instruction Cancellations and Refunds

Private classes must be booked in advance. Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private session with less than 24 hour notice. If you are late for a private class the class will end at the original time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a private class it is at the instructor’s discretion whether to hold an abbreviated class or not. If you are more than 15 minute late, the class will be canceled. A refund for a private class can be issued less than 24 hours in case of illness or injury, upon presentation of a medical certificate.

Workshop Cancellations and Refunds

Bookings for workshops are mandatory. Workshop cancellations required a 48 hours email notice at info@myogastudio.ch before the workshop takes place. Cancellation requests with less than 48 hours notice will not be honored unless we can fill your space. All refunds will incur a 20% administration fee. Absence, no-show to a workshop or event is non refundable. A refund for a workshop can be issued less than 48 hours in case of illness or injury, upon presentation of a medical certificate.

Workshops and events could occasionally be canceled by the studio. If your event is canceled you will be notified by email, and you will receive a full refund.

Program Changes

The changes to the program of Myoga studio (timetables, teachers, etc..) can occur at any time. They will be posted on the website. Individual customers will not be notified personally, either in writing or by phone. No refunds will be made.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information we ask you to give us is needed for business purposes only. It will be saved considering the data protection regulations. We treat all personal information as confidential. We will never pass any personal information to unauthorized third parties and will at any time protect it from unauthorized access. Risk & Responsibility

Myoga Studio does not accept responsibility for students who do not follow the class instructions as provided by the teacher. Any medical or physical conditions, recent or persistent injuries, or relevant disclosures must be made by students to the teacher prior to the beginning of class. It is the responsibility of students to inform the teacher if they are experiencing any pain or discomfort.
The use of Myoga Studio facilities denotes the acceptance of the risk associated with all forms of physical exercise, both during and after.
Myoga Studio, including any staff, owners, managers, and directors, will not be held liable for: a) any injury or harm resulting in participation or use of facilities, and b) any damage to or loss of personal property.

Left Property

Myoga Studio does not accept any responsibility for personal property left at the facilities. Myoga Studio reserves the right to change the terms & conditions as well as prices at any time. PRODUCTS

Delivery Methods and Timing

The purchaser orders by making a purchase online. Myoga Studio then acknowledges your order and delivers the goods. You will receive an e-mail that confirms your purchase as soon as you have completed ordering online. Every single shipment will be delivered to the shipping address chosen by the purchaser. Once we have received an order, the goods will be prepared for delivery either the same day or the following day (depending on the time of the order). Purchasers may normally expect the goods to be delivered between 2 to 5 days.

Delivery Costs are calculated automatically when placing your order online.

Refund & Returns Policy

We guarantee the right to return unsatisfactory products within 10 workdays if they have not been used. Replacement deadline is kept by the dispatch of the goods on time (postmark is appreciable). After expiration of the replacement deadline a binding purchase will be on hand.

The right to return unsatisfactory products is not valid for price-reduced goods and on the occasion of bargain sales.

The right to return unsatisfactory products require that, at any time, products must not be used and being in brand new condition as it has been dispatched. Products are considered as unused as long as there are no detectable traces of usage. Moreover, the products must be returned intact and in original packaging together with the complete appropriate accessories. Returns are only accepted if they are sufficiently stamped. After the receipt in acceptable conditions of the return, the amount will be refunded without any postage charges.

Ownership

The ownership of goods remains vested in the seller until certain obligations (usually payment of the purchase price) are fulfilled by the buyer.
