Private yoga classes in Ashtanga offer a personalized instruction to develop a better understanding of yoga and help you reach a new level in your practice. We work with you to create a practice based on where you are and would like to be and give you all of the benefits of a good practice.

Please note, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Charges apply for all sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
