Stuffed Mushrooms a la Gino

Stuffed Mushrooms recipe

This is one of my favorite recipes I learned from a dearly friend and brother of mine, Gino. He puts not only love, but also passion into every recipe he cooks. This simple vegetarian dish is delicious and can be done in 30 minutes or less. It’s a great aperitif or for a simple small dinner, with friends and family.
