Summer Spring Rolls

Learn to make amazing Summer Spring Rolls our way

During our trip around the world, we felt in love with Vietnam and its food! It is simply delicious. Between rice, soups, noodles, vegetables, spring rolls, we found the food very light and vegetarian-friendly. Their dishes are usually very tasty as they put some herbs in it, lemon, garlic and condiment such as the nuoc cham which is a sort of dipping sauce.
Vietnamese cuisine varies somewhat by region, with Chinese influences (such as stir fries, noodles, and use of chopsticks) in the north, as well as Cambodian (Khmer) and French influences in the south.

We anyway LOVED their summer spring rolls, fresh and easy to do. 100% vegan. Perfect for our hot summer! You can also find this and more recipes in our travel blog at http://pilot-fish.org. Let us know how it turns out for you. Bon appetit 🙂
