During our trip around the world, we felt in love with Vietnam and its food! It is simply delicious. Between rice, soups, noodles, vegetables, spring rolls, we found the food very light and vegetarian-friendly. Their dishes are usually very tasty as they put some herbs in it, lemon, garlic and condiment such as the nuoc cham which is a sort of dipping sauce.
Vietnamese cuisine varies somewhat by region, with Chinese influences (such as stir fries, noodles, and use of chopsticks) in the north, as well as Cambodian (Khmer) and French influences in the south.
